I reckon that you were unlucky with your engineers.

My Animal upright Dyson broke after 3.5 years. The beaters aren’t rotating.

Two Dyson engineers have failed to fix it, claiming they didn’t have the parts (no clue more likely); this ineptidue compounded by two canceled appointments. I don’t have time to sit around all day waiting for a service this terrible.

So, no vacuum cleaner for a month. I’ve given up, and will have to buy something else now.
