		<description>Delia in her Christmas cookery book gives a recipe using equal quantities of celeriac &amp; potato boiled with some garlic &amp; mashed together.  I can&#039;t remember but I think she adds cream after mashing.  Gorgeous!  My 1st introduction to celeriac.</description>
