Not sure this is in the right section

I am trying to expand our bunny business a little more. I have been
trying to find somewhere that offers us a course on slaughtering our
bunnies for the commercial market. Is there anyone out the that can
help. Its a different step up going from culling for personal to the
commercial market.
As you know we are based in South Wales but prepared to travel to get certified.... Thanks

Good luck with that!  Our butcher just buys from the local hunters, I don't think any certification is involved...

I'll try that again!

Wild shot game doesnt need the same certification.

Farmed game is covered under same regulations as other farmed meat.

I just thought i might give a couple of people a taster of our rabbit... a friend who is a butcher and a delicatessen/ resturant and they  ' loved it ' i_am_hungry  and asked about regular orders!! yaaayyy cheers

so im pondering on how i could expand and trying to see whats needed to get this sorted on a larger scale... just a bit of a head ache at the mo.confused

We're obviously on the same wavelength, probably because we are Welsh...

I'll try that again!
