What an exciting weekend. We are now fully furnished with 2 hybrids and three 'ordinary' point of lay ladies!

They have been very good so far and even put themselves to bed without any help. No eggs yet, but we continue to hope!

Gah, struggling with the photo uploader - was going to include some images. Apologies for the link but I did post them on my blog.

Will try and get my head around the image uploader shortly - can't work out how to browse to the files. Are you reassured that I work in IT?!doh

They look very cute, Bonnie....I expect they'll start laying when they've settled in and feel at home (not that i'm any kind of expert on hens!).

As for the photos.....I think there's a tutorial in the Technical section.  Not that it meant anything to me.....i'm a complete blonde technophobe and don't think I've managed to get a photo on here yet.

Erm, actually.....not many others have either (that says a lot doesn't it?!  wink  big_laugh )

Hoping this works...result! Beautiful smooth porcelain eggs. Nothing as exciting as finding these beauts in the nesting box!

I think you need to upload pictures from Photobucket or Image Shack or similar.

I'll try that again!
