Warmer weather is not why I moved, neither am I near retirement age hence the need to do some studying to qualify me for something, having been a stay at home Mum for years since my degree in ……. years ago (was it really so long ago?). I am 47 years old next month so a few years to go yet to pension age even if I had one. My hubby and I went to Latvia for the first time in 2000 with Christian kids camps, we really felt like it was right to move out to Latvia a couple of years later, but the timing wasn't right. A change of jobs for my hubby and we went to Denmark instead – half way to Latvia anyway. We then felt it right to go to America and finally his job disappeared in the company he was working for due to it being sold off to an American company and we didn't want to get stuck in America and possibly have to move to Miami in the process, so felt the time right to move to Latvia. A lot has to do with our faith and how we journey with God and would probably sound down right cookie to most folks but heh! that's who we are. That's the ultra short version
