Mike came back from his snooker match last night, having called in at the local late night mini asda for Sam (son) to pick up something and they got 4 roasted chickens at 5p each! Not sure what I'm going to do with them yet.

We've had chicken and chicken and chicken, and then I made stock with the bones and slimey bits, which I then made Tom Kai Gha with yesterday , we only had 2 of the 4 chickens, sam took the others, wish I'd asked him for the bones and stuff, I know they'd have thrown it all away, they are rather wasteful with food and wouldn't dream of making homemade stock.
