A thread for news items.
Kicking off with an email I received this morning (Good Friday) from JoannaS:
Just to let you know
that although I seem to be able to send emails I can't connect into the
internet for anything else except Skype – really weird. Being a holiday
weekend, no idea when this might get sorted.

I forgot to switch this one and I have just now done so for the "On the sun-lounger" forum.
You can rate individual posts from 1 star to 5.
I have no idea how useful or effective this will be, so we will restrict it just to this forum for a trial period.

I kind of agree, TA. Rating topics may be useful but individual posts seems to serve no useful purpose. I may just switch it off.

I switched off that post rating option because I can see no use for it. We can switch it it back on again at any time if required.

I tried this and checked the link to find it went to some lady in Arkansas….
You may want to double check your user name on Facebook, you may not have set one up (like me, I had to choose one!)
Search on User Name in the help center….
