Count me in the Dr. Who fan base to Danast!  Wave

I've been away since the Matt Smith episodes premired in the US, so I haven't had a chance to catch up yet. BBC America isn't very commonly available in lots of the hotels that I stay in, so poor Dan has to record all my missed shows while i'm away on jobs.

I think we are 3 episodes in now, are we running on track with the UK viewing, or are you ahead?Eeek

Fantastic another Dr Who fan.     StarStarStarStar Star Last night we had episode 5.   Interesting to know what you think of Matt Smith Michelle.

I think we've only had 2 episodes over here so far (eleventh hour & beast below) but have programmed the TiVo to record the series Smile

Am I the only one who thinks the new doctor looks like a first year undergrad at University?

Yes he does, in fact , he is ridiculously like one of my old friends when he was that age- mannerisms, voice, mad hair.... bizarre, could almost be him! Even more bizarre as he is now a middle aged man. Wibbly wobbly timeywimey.

Episode 5 already Danuta- I'm losing track...nearly half way, it goes too fast!

I was really worried about Matt Smith being the Doctor- I was rather hoping they would have an older actor this time round, knew he was a good actor, but not sure he could bring it off. He has though, very impressive, as David Tennant was just so good. The new assistant is good too. Not so sure about the re-arranged theme tune...all the Doctor Who fans coming out today- should we have our own thread????

We'd need a dalek emoticon.

A dalek emoticon - how fabulous would that be, or perhaps a tardis.  BS you are so good at finding emoticons.  How about it?  Whistle

While searching - came across this site - I haven't tried it, so no recommendation, but it does appear to be a Dr Who-type game:

http://dalek77.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rules.....thread=101

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

HahahahahahahaBig_LaughBig_LaughBig_LaughBig_LaughBig_Laugh brilliant BS.WellDone

When the tardis disappears from your posting does it re-appear randomly and momentarily on posts all over the forum I wonder?

Apropos to which, I very much liked the line about the Tardis making the noise as he had left the brakes on.

Hey, a Dr Who thread, sounds good to me! There's at least 5 of us whovians, and probably a few more would come out of the woodwork if we started on.

Suz, wasn't it ep 3 last night? It started on Apr. 17th over here.

Brightspark, LOVE the emoticons! You're brilliant!

If you can't be a shining example, be a terrible warning!

Nice try, Mutley !! The jury is out on that proposition. Although it has some merit seeing as people like Joanna, Danast and TA regularly seem to get the 1 + 1 maths problem.

And they often get it right too Big_Laugh  Big_Laugh  Big_Laugh
