Morning All, good to see you on here, Danny, and Congratulations on becoming a Grandad.  Grandchildren bring such Joy, and in my case, Great Grandchildren.  Jake, the eldest of my Greats, who is Twelve now, has so many Grans, he calls me 'Old Nana' not to my Face, but on asking why he is Home late, his excuse is I just went to see if Old Nana, was okay.          Got my second Crochet Lesson this Afternoon, due to Illness on both sides it has had to be postponed a couple of Times.  Have so many Cookbooks, they are spilling out of the Book Case, together with Gardening, and Stitching, no guessing where my Interests lie.

Might get out into the Garden for a bit, if it stays dry, my overwintering Onions have not done well, nor my Leeks, but the Leeks might fatten a bit, yet. No Baking today, plenty in Tins, the only thing I am making is Potato Cakes, as am out of them, and have some left over Potato. So must awa and look busy, have a good Day all. Tina xwave

Congratulations on the grandchild and I hope you achieve your dream of moving back to Ireland. (Especially since it will give D and me somewhere else to visit!)

I'll try that again!

BTW Fiona has taken her house off the market for the time being.

A really good estate agent advised her to regenerate the garden and do basic maintenance, like painting the interior walls. I know of said agent and he is a superb seller, with an office in London (wealthy Londoners are Fiona’s best prospective buyers).

I totally agree with his approach. Her garden looks absolutely gorgeous from May onwards when it’s at its best – and she now has a guy coming every weekend to do the groundwork.

It was sadly neglected, but that is past history!

Where is Fiona planning to go, Danny?

Btw - how are you keeping these days, are you well?

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

Dunno, really Danny, but as I have never been to Crosshaven, where my Mum was born, just thought you might know ST Brigids, where she was Christened.

Val - Fiona is hoping to stay in the village, just downsize and clear the mortgage. Although property prices are eye watering because of its proximity to Cambridge, which itself is close to London propery prices. Crazy.

Finally got around to renewing my driving licence so I may hire a car and pop down to see her maybe in April.

I am doing quite well, thanks for asking. Off to Irl in a few days to see my granddaugher & family. Health good, so no complaints - no great excitement either, which is probably a good thing! Waistline has grown though. I overwintered too comfortably confused
