That's interesting Hattie.  We used to have quite a lot of Welsh members, mostly North Wales, when the forum started.

I'll try that again!

I thought of you when the radio announcer mentioned it was St David's day. I do have a few daffodils out in the garden.

I shall investigate my miniature daffs in a while, they were showing a bit of yellow yesterday.

It's very nice to be thought of by a friend way down in Devon!

I'll try that again!

Just in from garden and my mini daffodils have yellow tips too. They seem to have spread to other areas of the garden!

I had to go and search hard for it, but It was there- we have got a few other things flowering, primulas and elephant lugs (don't ask me their proper name as I don't know- its a local name for a plant with large leaves like ears and bunches of small pink flowers), crocus, pansies, winter aconite and miniature iris.

Are we having fun yet? I am!

Show off! There's always one big_laugh

The Welsh are on a roll right now in rugby and boxing. Shame about Cardiff's heartbreak ending to the footy League Cup final on Sunday.

Our ex-neighbour, David or Daffyd (RIP) was born in Reading of Welsh parents but considered himself Welsh through and through. One of the toughest two hours either of us had to endure was the day we watched Irl v Wales in our sittingroom. Big mistake!

Never knowingly underfed
