I'm lost in a maze of chutneys and pickles and jellys all very interesting and I spend hours reading the posts but when I started off in here today I was actually looking for recipes….they must be in here somewhere 
Can someone show me where they are please or I'll be in here all night

 Ah! Are you still in the forum area or in Fiona's blog domain . If you can't find it here try the latter. There is a box labelled SEARCH . But on the left hand side of the blog page there is a list of categories of recipes, PRESS THE PRESERVES ONE & IT WILL TAKE YOU TO A LIST……

Maura, there are loads of recipes or methods buried here in the forum too.
Danuta made an index for us but I have yet to put it in place. Maybe this weekend . .

Ha ha – one of those weekend jobs eh Danny? I have a list of those as long as a piece of string! I'm finding my way round gradually and really appreciate all the help I'm getting. I'm very selfish tho and would love a section for steam juicers with recipes and tips etc. See another job! I'll go now before you chuck me out

Ha ha – so right or even Steamed-up Mac as my glasses invariably get all fogged up checking the steamer for water

Have you formed your company yet?…need it to purchase if there is land with the property…I'm with UBB…you can get them to pay standing orders for water, electricity and phone…useful if you are away…need any help let me know….
As for my sense of humour…it's always been wicked so I'm told….so no worse…no better……I'll bottle some of the sunshine for when you get out here…but if you're in the north….not so sunny up there believe me….

At least a month before I get back to Bulgaria to pay a deposit and set up bank account etc. No doubt the temperature will no longer be in the 40's by then.
