But...but...but (and it is a big one, to balance out my boobs, that's my trouble big_laugh) that would mean I'd have to knuckle down and actually get to grips with this dieting/exercising lark......but it's still winter (well, ish) and there's soooo much nice winter food to eat, and I've still got 2 bottles of blackberry gin and plum vodka that just have to be drunk (by me, coz hubby doesn't like them wink).  So, Danny, regretfully I must decline your very kind offer devil.

(Have you got that bike out yet?big_laugh)

You're talking yourself out of it, Danny (big wuss, you! big_laugh).  Get a big loud horn and bright lights and yellow reflector jacket, and don't have ear plugs in listening to music as you ride along, and you'll be fine!!! (says the woman who flogged her bike on ebay winkbig_laugh).

Apparently my son looks like a Christmas tree when he is out cycling. He has lights on his arms for when he is signalling, a very strong headlight, and various flashing lights too. eeek So no excuse Danny, says she who's excuse, besides the snow at the moment is the fact my bike is in the basement and too much like hardwork just to get it out.whistle

Sorry forgot to weigh myself today - too late now, just had steak pie for tea. I'll do it in the morning and post tomorrow night, what's your excuse?

wave Sue, I am a wee round ball.  big_laugh  It would take too much and only in my widest dreams to become a slip of a thing.

I just made that typing error above, but thought it was more appropriate than "wildest" so I left it.  Talk about Freudian slip.  big_laugh

Aw bless! big_hug  You are still lovely.

May I make a confession?   I have gained a little weight since I stopped smoking in October.

Blimey, that much?  eeek  I made an effort last night though - I had no wine!  That was, you understand, an oversight not a plan;  I thought I had a bottle here but after I got into my jim-jams I couldn't find it and didn't want to dress again. roll_eyes

I'll try that again!

My weight loss was a big fat 0, but then I didn't gain any either. Well done Danuta, think you may be taking this more seriously than the rest of us.

I keep forgetting to weigh myself!

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and taste good with ketchup.

That sounds like an excellent strategy, Lyn.

No angst. No sense of failure.

Could be a recipe for true happiness! big_laugh
