As a variation on the now well established (and presumably loved, judging by the rate of posts on it) musical chairs game, I propose a game whereby one poster picks two artists or songs, any two they like, and the next poster has to link the first to the second in 6 moves or less using the same sort of links as the other game (or you can get a bit more detailed and say jump from a band to an ex member of that band, but that would count as one move)
I'll kick off with The Bee Gees and Tom Lehrer.

Was that what you had in mind?

that is complicated, why don't we do the tennis, elbow, foot word association game remembering you cannot repeat a word or if you do it starts again.

Okay:
Gladys Horton and Georgia Dobbins of The Marvelletes are from Detroit.
Detroit rock city is a song by Kiss.
Kiss are one of the most merhcandised bands in the world, including being represented in various sets of "action figures", which could also be described as…
toy dolls.
eye thank ewe.
