Thank you TA , I know a lot of people I have seen on different forums and have talked to have trouble getting used to the halogen, I am not an expert but I only cook in a halogen oven and though that my experiences may help some people

Yes, it was an Andrew James and we were absolutely certain that food tasted better cooked in it than in our electric fan over and grill. Especially a fry-up. Mmmmm.

Great idea, Eileen. ok

I had one when they first came out, no Recipe Books, could not get to grips with it, and the Lid was too heavy for me to lift. But a hinged Lid would have made a difference, however, my Kitchen is just a small Galley, and it took up a lot of room. But, well done Eileen setting up a Blog, for People buying one for the first time.

My kitchen is tiny Tina but I don't have a hob taking up space and don't have a normal cooker. the hinged lid on the halogen I have here saves a lot of room and I have a induction hob I keep in a drawer and get out when I need it. It helps that I have a 3 tier steamer that I use on it for the veg.
