Not a bad day today food wise – apart from the 2 choc digestives I had with my cuppa at 9pm. oh and the two glasses of wine before dinner, off to bed now before I eat anything else.

Good news & bad news.
The good news is, I've had a good day today, lots of water and nothing I shouldn't, but bad news is the scales don't say anything different to last week, I suppose you could say that's good news as well (in that they haven't gone up!). Bit miffed as I think I've done quite well all week, but I remember this in the days of ww, and it could be next week when it shows.
