After being poorly this week with self inflicated high blood pressure ( havent been taking my pills and ate friends coco cake!!)    feeling better and working in the garden makes me realise how blessed I am.

Alyhough I dont live near my family ( living in Bulgaria) or my long term friends, our life is so good in comparrison with so so many people in this world.

The disaster in Japan so highlights how quickly our lives could be turned upside down! still in Haiti and in thailand the people havent got their normal lives back, the present unrest in the Arab world with the elderly and young so frightened by all the violence!

When a disaster strikes there are always some wonderful samaritans ready to help and risk their lives, I just wanted to say even though im happily getting on with my life i am very aware of those so so less fortunate!   TTFN
