Hi Michelle,

Glad to see you are safe back home & that you have found a useful distraction while you wait till next Wednesday. It is so hard to concentrate with such a potential life-changing event hanging over the two of you…..I hope this time these children are meant for you…..so big big_hug  big_hug for you both.

Fingers & toes will be crossed for the big day.  wave

I found online a site that sells concrete forms for decorative stepping stones. We invested in 12 different forms, and I am teaching myself how to make stepping stones. big_laugh)

I'll have two tons of all the different varieties to Bulgaria please…free postage of course….big_laughbig_laugh

With regard to the other….all good things come to those who wait or are forced to wait for the cogs of 'industry' to turn or the red tape to fray….roll_eyesroll_eyes  Maybe He/She has something special lined up…

Big hugs to both….and everything crossed…big_hugbig_hug

Now get concreting….big_laughbig_laugh.

Michelle, fingers crossed for the 8th! big_hug

I hope you end up with lots of stepping stones and not much rubble/broken bits. I'll join the end of the queue for them, my paths need stepping stones too. big_laugh

I think I might have missed a post or two in this thread – what about concrete?

I'll try that again!

Here you go TA, my first try!

"The Green Lady" isn't a stepping stone, but the table is loaded up with other stepping stone forms, hopefully they will turn out better than she did.

She's rather pock-marked! confused

Wow, with all these requests, maybe I'll have to pack the molds with me the next time we come over!big_laugh

Yes I though she was quite impressive, had a sort of 'weathered' look. Would love them in my garden, and could sell them on my stall once you get the hang.

Good luck for 8th Feb, we're all rooting for you both

For once, I haven't been stuck to my computer chair!! big_laugh  Been out for a walk, been busy clearing out the kitchen freezer – it was in a right mess, hadn't a clue what was in there, so took it all out, cleaned the drawers, did an inventory and put it all back.  Found some chicken breasts, smoked haddock and smoked mackerel I didn't know was in there, along with home grown blackberries and apple puree.  That's dinner and puds sorted for the next few days then! whistle

Got the outside freezer (in the outhouse beside the back door) to do tomorrow, it's all iced up down the front of the drawers where I didn't close the door properly one day last week embarassed.  Had both hands full with stuff I'd taken out of it, used my knee to close the door and clearly didn't do it properly doh.  Ah well, opportunity to do a clean and inventory on that one too.
