We have consistent snow now- a bit fell earlier then stopped, we have fine snow with some very small flakes and it has been going on for about 2 hours now.

 Are we having fun yet? I am!

Still snowing & it is heavier than earlier. I don't think my neighbour's children will be going to school tomorrow. The trees are heavy with snow, very unusual for this area. Tomorrow I will go out with a soft broom & try to brush it off the more congested shrubs & small trees. It looks very pretty but does a lot of damage. It will be interesting to see what I wake up to in the morning.   ponderroll_eyes

It seems to be lessening now but I notice that I have a very long icicle near my living room window, I think I might try to knock that off tomorrow, it might fall on the Postman otherwise.

I'll try that again!

snow stopped here now, the weatherman says it is going to be in the northeast and scotland tomorrow. hopefully if we don't get any i will get my parcel tomorrow

It looks like Narnia outside this morning, very beautiful with thick snow on all the branches & lots of little birds flying about searching for food.  It is -1*C at the moment with hardly a breeze & a cloudy sky. I wonder if we will get more snow today, there seems to be a bit in London but it hasn't reached here, otherwise it seems to be north of Birmingham.  Keep safe & warm everyone.  big_hug

wave  It was blowing a blizzard when I was on the beach earlier.( white labradors  big_laugh  )  Still snowing and the sky is very heavy, but not convinced it will lie and indeed it may just turn to rain!!

About 3 inches of snow here, stopped snowing sometime in the night- main roads are clear so no real problems getting about, but lots of schools are closed. about minus 2 Cent. out, but no wind so not to bad. Cleared snow off our cars and cleared the path outside our house so that others can walk easier.

 Are we having fun yet? I am!
