Ditto to both Kate and to Toni - yes it has been a lovely day here too, very cheering!

And yes, hope you are feeling much better, Kate.

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

Don't want to make you all pig sick but it's been a beautiful summers day but with winter temperatures...wall to wall sunshine but hasn't got above freezing all day.

Just the sort of day for playing outside with thermals and snowboots and a hot toddy to come in to....winkwink

If I get cold in the house...I take a trip round the garden...I trick taught me by one who had live here longer that I had...and it works.

Now I have good wood there is no need.  My house has huge windows and when the sun is out...I benefit...when it's not I stoke up the fire....needs as needs must....winkwink

Heavy rain and icy feel. Just trudged round putting the outdoor family to bed and am soaked. Fed up with falling over in slippery mud and that is without a drink!
