I have a recipe for summer berry clafoutis, does anyone know if you can freeze clafoutis. I would like to make a couple and freeze some in slices for OH while I am away next week.

Never give up Tomorrow is another day.

Eileen, I found this on t'internet:

The Answers1:
Yeah, I want to make a summer fruits clafoutis, cook it and then freeze it for about a week before I use it. Can cooked clafoutis be frozen?  If not, how far ahead can you make it and store in the fridge, until you eat it?
The Answers2:
Yes wrap tightly in cling film, and cover than with aluminum paper, and freeze, when you want to use them, just remove from the freezer chest, take off the aluminum paper, and allow to thaw in the frig, overnight is fine

It looks like a Canadian site - with that spelling of aluminium ..laugh .

Eileen, that started me thinking about clafoutis (yum) and found this recipe - although I'm sure you already have your own tried and tested recipe.

It is a bit different to the ones I have made, but am happy to try another ... laugh

That's not my version, that's the 'pasted' version.
