This hot chocolate pudding comes via David Liebovitz's wonderful blog....The original recipe is Alice Medrich's.  It looks very adaptable & might be very useful over Christmas.

Bananas and custard has got to be one of the quickest around...if you are lazy enough to buy ready made custard. Mmm think I've solved what we'll be having for pud tonight. The choc pudding does look good too though. I remember someone ages ago posting a choc pudding recipe on here that you could do even quicker as you microwaved the mixture in cups, this has reminded me of it, and I never got round to doing it, will have a search tonight.

 Oh Jan, don't bother with the fast microwaved pud...it is not very nice.....has an odd texture in the mouth.  roll_eyes I tried tweaking it a few times but never liked any version. frown
