waveI have just marzipanned a celebration cake and have some white shop bought marzipan left over.  Can anyone tell me how long it will keep and how I should store it?  Many thanks! xx smile

Hello Marilyn, not too sure about the keeping qualities, but I do know that you're a fantastic cook - why not cook some stollen, or battenberg, rather than worry about storing it.  Just in case!

You can even knit with it eeek  - here

or as easter is coming up, could you use it for a simnel cake, it keeps quite well wrapped in clingfilm (or a plastic bag) in the fridge.
