As I explained in this thread, my sister Mary is starting a little home business, making and selling frozen scones (uncooked).

My brother and niece designed the packaging, which I think is pretty darned good and appealing.

She and I preferred a different colour for the design. One of them is for plain scones and the other for fruit scones - but that is irrelevant.

Just would like to take a poll here - which appeals most to YOU - the blue or the green?

I prefer the blue......I think it stands out more.  (Plus I prefer blue to green anyway!)

wave I normally like green more than blue, but I do agree with Sue.  The blue stands out better!

Blue - although like Danuta I prefer green generally, but I don't think the green works as well on the packaging here.

Thanks for your comments, everybody.

The green should work better than it does. I think the tone is too light.

When I saw them first I thought the green was more attractive. On a second viewing the blue wins hands down.

Well, she has finally placed her first batch in a local supermarket, part of a nationwide chain.

This is what the final packaging design looks like.
