Tomorrow is the final day- shelves rather empty today,as they haev been de-stocking slowly over the past fortnight, the fresh counters are closed already, but I think there may be some packaged meat /fish/dairy bargains at closing time tomorrow....I shall be there with my trusty sholly.

Kateuk makes things at http://www.etsy.com/shop/finkstuff and sometimes she does this too http://www54paintings.blogspot.com/ and also this http://finkstuff.weebly.com/

Carrick Tesco had a really good offer on Punjana tea this week - £1 for a packet of 80 teabags, instead of the usual £1.89. I bought 5 packets. And they had 8 kitchen rollls for £2 so I bought that as well.

The rest of the trollley was cat food, vegetables, bread and 4 super thich Tesco finest lamb cutlets from the CFC for £3.50 🙂

The fridge, freezer and cupboard-under-the-stairs shelves have been tidied, and this weekend I tackle the pantry!

Just got a megga deal at Tesco tonight, popped in for a loaf of bread that one of my old dears asked me to get for her, and couldn't resist a quick check of reduced counter... Organic beef mince reduced to 70p, Fresh scallops in shell reduced to £1.00, Christmas cheeseboard sets £1. Covent Garden soups 30p, piece of lamp £2.20 (instead of 8quid). Only picked up a basket (as only wanted the bread), but ended up nearly having to drag the basket to checkouts. - should this have been under to 'obsession coming on' topic - sorry

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

I was in posh Henley today and did my shopping there- seems the poshness of Henley is such that no-one goes for the reduced stuff in waitrose, so it was mine, all mine.
