Unfortunately, I can't help you Kaye.....but I just wanted to say what a really good idea this is.  We could post Wants or Offers, collection or postage to be agreed via pm I suppose.....that is, provided it's ok with TA, Danny and Fiona to do this.  Congrats on coming up with the thought, Kaye - I hope someone can help you out with what you're looking for. ok

Sounds good to me, I'm pretty sure that Danny and Fiona will agree too.  Shame I can't help you Kaye, my Lavender has died, it used to be glorious and would take over the drive-way it was so exuberant.  I shall miss it.

I'll try that again!

I don't know what sort my lavender is but it's a scraggy old thing my Mum gave me.

As for the cuttings swap shop - if only I'd thought of that when I was clearing out the front flower bed. There was Marjory Fish (lungwort) and a tradescantia that slip really well, but they'll need until next year now to recover from the "gentle" tidy up I gave them.

Excellent idea, currently I have 3 very large aloe vera plants for splitting and more to come from a customer, anyone want any - I suppose if i wrapped them in wet newspaper then in plastic they should survive the post. The last one I split made at least 15 new plants

Great idea!

Anyone want jerusalem artichokes?

Also, later on, if anyone wants eucalyptus leaves for making potions my tree can always stand a bit of pruning.

I'd love artichokes Ruth, but being realistic I just haven't got any more space. I have a few in tubs at the mo, hoping they will do the job. But Eucalyptus leaves, yes please, I think I've mentioned that I'd scrounged some from one of my gardening customers, but it looks like their tree has died this winter. Let me know when your doing it and I'll give you my address.

I would love some eucalyptus leaves, too, but I don't think I have anything you two may want in return .... ?

Can you think of anything you may like?
