Shepherds pie is often on the menu here. I do us individual ones, one with mince and one with veggie mince. With all the veg the meat can be sparse!

dont forget the lentils..lol…nobody has ever spotted the lentils in the mince, in fact they usually ask why i buy them as theyve never seen them in their food, we grow as much of our own veg and fruit as possible, protein is always the expensive problem on a budget , cheap unprocessed meat is usually pretty vile ,processed meat although usually tasty can be made of practically anything , we eat tons of pulses, a lot of mince and since they put a rotisserie in the co-op a lot of end of the day CFC chickens, 2 of them can feed the tribeĀ , be portioned out into chicken fried rice , then stock for the freezer and theres no additional cooking costs hardly

Big lentil eaters here although OH doesn't know. He has however noticed that the liquid part of stews etc is thicker and likes it! Result!
