I love the internet for the ideas it throws up that inspire me to try something new or re-use some of the 'junk' I can't bring myself to throw away. Recently I came across this page on Pinterest so I thought you might enjoy it as much as I do.

I joined pinterest some time ago (no idea why) but I still can't see the point of it.  I just looked at the link you posted and immediately glazed over…isn't it just clogging up your laptop with 'stuff'?

I'll try that again!

What a lovely page with so many useful ideas!  I've bookmarked it to show husband, he'll be particularly interested in things like the potting bench made from pallets.  Thanks for that, Nadine welldone

big_laugh big_laugh…….. and I see it as a way of expanding my horizons……..whistle  It is a good thing we are all so different, isn't it ?

………and no it doesn't clog up my laptop with 'stuff'….I enjoy looking at other people's visions  & aspirations……always have & it looks as if I always will, unless, of course, I go blind ( which in my case, is a possibility).  ponder

Meanwhile I enjoy myself…..laugh

I think it is to do with my eyesight too Hattie, things have to be very pared down now for me to make sense of them.  Hey, if we end up with one working eye each, we could move next door to each other? big_laugh big_hug

I'll try that again!

Hi TA,

wave It is easy to enlarge the images…I do it all the time. I also often go back to the original site or blog for more information about the image. I have found so many fascinating work that way & amazing people. I have just been looking at a whole lot of sites in mainland China…..It is wonderful because I can use the translator on them, although this is sometimes rather odd, or hilariously funny. big_laugh

Images are very important to me & I have a very strong visual memory……so I am storing up images in my brain just in case it all goes dark as I get older….what_the_heck  whistle

I thought this Kitchen Garden blog by Sally Nex on the Crocus site was full of interesting stuff she found at the MalvernSpring Garden Show this year. I really enjoy the Crocus site & their plants are good quality though expensive, but you get what you pay for in their case, unlike other places I have tried recently (Otter Farm being one of them, quitea few of the plants I received from them were so tiny you could hardly see them & had so recently potted up that they were not viable & although I cossetted them, they dwindled & died. I will be emailing them yet again & I will never use them again.  thumbs_downthumbs_downthumbs_down

That must have been very disappointing for you.  I hope that you get a response from your email to them.  Is there no 'governing body' to which you might complain?

I'll try that again!

Complete waste of time if you ask me.  I have a follower on Pinterest which is pretty odd since I haven't pinned anything at all, ever.  Seems she is keen on pictures of semi-naked people.

I'll try that again!
