wave  Enjoyed the programme. smile Thought it was well done, but then I do like Alan Titchmarsh and Valentine Warner.  Is it next week we have to be particular about watching?

We thought it was a good and interesting magazine style prog.

Yes, Danuta, next Fri 17th is F's big event.

Amazing but true. Believe it or not. But . .

BBC's Gardeners World normally goes out at 8:30 Fri evening. So we were told that ITV d hascheduled the new one at 8:00 so as not to clash. Fiona had a dream a few weeks ago that the BBC would move their schedule back to 8:00 to compete with it.

What do you know - at the end of Monty's prog tonight, he announced that next week it would start st 8:00.

Ya boo sucks, auntie . . .

I don't see that there is a problem as you can watch which ever program you want next Friday & catch up on the other on both BBC iPlayer or ITVplayer. I do this all the time when programmes clash etc.

For instance last nights progs. (just in case you have never used these services)

Love Your Garden

Saw the start , not impressed , never thought I'd be grateful to arsonists but watching the fire brigade tackle a huge bale stack while chatting with the neighbours was a lot more interesting ! As for Monty Don flaming_nora gave up on him when he started .  runaway

PS fre still going stacks about 20ft high still.

Ah, I hadn't made the connection.  I can't say I was that impressed by the show really but I shall watch it next week of course.

I'll try that again!
