Bless you ladies, thank you big_hug

Having low fat sausages today, with spicy wedges and beans for husband, just a few wedges and salad for me.  It's becoming a little easier every day now to have smaller portions, eat lots of healthy stuff and less of the fattening stuff, and not eat between meals.

I'm finding the tension on the exercise bike to be quite easy now too, so will up it a bit today.  In fact I'm itching for husband to get up so I can get on it!

Weigh in Day for me, lost a pound, I don't expect to lose at a fast rate, as am mainly sedentary, but pleased with that.

Well done Tina, that's half a bag of sugar!  It's all a step in the right direction.

I'm a big girl with a lot to lose, it seems to be the case that very overweight people can lose more, certainly in the early days, than those with less to lose.  I fully expect to drop to an average pound a week loss pretty soon.

Just ordered the male and female portion plates from Amazon. But pricey but think it will help us both!

I'm well used to being on the exercise bike now, I read a book while cycling, to pass the time away!  Have increased the tension to make it a little harder, now am going to try to do longer sessions as well.  At present I generally do 3x10 mins, will start upping the sessions to 15 mins.

Having battered chicken breast pieces today, not particularly healthy I know!  Will have them with salad and homemade coleslaw (with a dressing mostly of 0% fat Greek yogurt with a tsp each of mayo and mustard) to provide the healthy stuff.

Would it be a good Idea, because a lot of us are Dieting, to have a new Thread, where we can share Recipes, and Tips, and Ideas, that work for us, or that we know of. Am having a lean Ham Salad, and one medium Potato, cut into Chips, the Chips dipped in seasoned Egg White, and baked in the Oven, with a Salad today, never knew I would get so excited about a Meal.

Lunch today, will  be a lovely Courgette from the Garden, parboil Corgette, but it must still be firm, leave to cool, cut in half, spread each half with Tomato Paste, season, add herbs of your choice, and grated Cheese, grill until done . Be warned though it has a very Laxative effect.chef
