Would anyone like to try Hogweed with its nasty sap?

I'll try that again!

Wouldn't go near it- far to dangerous a plant- made an ex colleague I know very ill after brushing up against it - whole arm swelled up and in hospital care for several days.

Are we having fun yet? I am!

Isn't that Giant Hogweed rather than Hogweed?

I'll try that again!

wave I got this in an email today too Toni.  Don't think I have any up here yet.  It does give you a warning below the recipe on using gloves and to be very careful with identification.  My brother was in a dreadful state as a boy when he brushed against giant hogweed.  Huge weals, high temperature and generally not well at all.

Seemingly you must only use it when very young and must never eat it raw.  I think I will give it a miss.  big_laugh  Are you going to try it???????

Hell no!  I am not at all brave.  I couldn't believe it when I saw the recipe today.

I'll try that again!
