wave Hello and welcome Jennifer!  In what way are you unable to access a recipe?  Did you mean on Fiona's blog or here on the forum?

I'll try that again!

Hi Jennifer,  I'm a newbie toowave.    Was rather shocked when I saw the colour of my first ever batch of greengage jam, thought I'd got it wrong,  but when I tasted it, it was sooooooooooooooo right!

Also need to ask if it is possible to make blackberry jam with just blackberries, no apple, as all the recipes seem to include them?

Welcome, Jennifer. If you go to the blog.

On the lef-hand side under Recipes, click on Sweets and Candy.

Hi Tammy - I always cook my blackberries without apple, because I think that although blackberry and apple are a very good combination, there is something extra special about the flavour of blackberry on its own.

In fact, I usually make blackberry jelly - it's one of our favourites!

Make what you fancy - and if you enjoy the blackberry flavour, then do just that - that's allowed! ok
