Fiona, did you buy your dehydrator online? If so, can you tell me where? I am hunting all over and can't find dehydrators anywhere for less than 60-70 euros 🙁

Also, would your model work for cooked food? My husband goes mountain-walking, and for overnight trips when he has to camp,  he generally takes those foul dehydrated ready-meals that taste like pot noodles. Another walker said on his blog that he makes his own dehydrated meals (chicken curry, bolognese sauce etc.). If this works, it sounds great. But I have visions of it all dripping through the holes in the models I've seen!
