Hi I like to make up pickled onions in my own spiced vinegar but I could do with a small onion peeling machine .. does anyone have any ideas on this please aarghroll_eyes

plunging them into boiling water for a few seconds and then straining them usual makes the task much easier.

I know of industrial sized machines, but I can't say I have come across a small home version before. I did a google search bit nothing jumped out as being for home use.

 Are we having fun yet? I am!

My Dad used to make the best pickled onions - and he used to fill those giant sweetjars,
