A whole guinea fowl, courtesy of the CFC in my local Tesco (for £1.25 I couldn't leave it!)

I've never cooked one before, but I'm going to read up and see what to do with it. I thought I'd also ask the experts here for any suggestions as to how to make the best use of it.

Hi Shereen

Guineafowl can be a bit dry compared to chicken, but it has a good flavour. I nearly always make pintade aux choux with it, one of my favourite autumn/winter dishes. Even my husband likes it, and he doesn't like cabbage. Or for something grander, you might like this.
