A bit of a mish mash today , not got a lot of anything in the veg basket , but got some bits and bobs , and I don't have lot of time as I have had a couple of hospital appointments this morning and afternoon , so I stuck some celery sliced , some potatoes , a few shallots and half a red pepper that was sitting looking lost in a casserole along with a pheasant from the freezer have left it on the timer , and crossed my fingers ., if all else fails it will be scrambled egg !!!

That's one of the great things I like about my pressure cooker. Throw in any old bits and in 18 minutes I have a delicious veggie stew. Adding some dried soup mixy bits (dried veggie, maybe scraps of pasts etc) - not packet soup) adds a lot to the texture too so I always keep a pack available. Or a sprinkling of split red lentils.

Never knowingly underfed
