Got to be my favorite after a sunday roast of course, When i do one it's sweet & sour chicken, a spicy beef & cocunut curry, sea weed with  loads of garma masala, Ribs that has 25 Ingredients and the belly rib i think but no bone, and pancake rolls from the field. one batter i like is soda water chill in fridge first colder the better sive flour into a metal contaner to help keep it cold, then mix toghter not wisk but fold with wodern spoon into a lumpy batter then use nice for pancake rolls , sermosis, ect.

Will dig out ribs recipe but be worned it contains tons of honey, dark brown sugar ,garlic  and sweet chilli sauce.

And I will be watching for it as well ! I do the occasional "Chinese Feast" for friends, and although it's a lot of work, it is great fun !

I look forward to reading your recipe, mutley. I adore really good spare ribs and every recipe I have tried is always good but new ones are welcome for variety,
