Shame we can't turn my 15% into real shares eh?  I know you're joshing and I love it and thank you for that last statement, I've gone all warm and tingly now.  Embarassed

I'll try that again!

Ditto to Danny re: TA

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

I've been using a couple of spice grinders I picked up in Poundstretchers. They're large spice bottle with built in grinders and are described as Chinese, Moroccan and Barbecue.

They're all really very good, have a distinctive flavour and scent and a quick twist adds a lot to any meal.

Look out for them if you get a chance - the brand is "Natural" and there's a lower case 'n' in a circle on the label.

They sell those in my local Weigh 'n' Save as well, I've only had the generic flavour one before but not bad.

Today I have ordered some spice mixes from Everyone's Kitchen.  Not come across them before but at £1.29 a pack with free P&P I figured I could try a few and let everyone know if it's worth it or a gimmick.  I must admit I didn't like that there's no list of exactly what you get in each one but if they taste as good as I'm hoping then I can live with that!

I got the Malabar Fish Curry, Fish Java, Lebanese Fish wirth Rice and Trinidad Prawn Curry.  Quite excited for them to arrive now!  sporki_am_hungry

Last night, Fiona picked up a Tesco Finest tart from the CFC (reduced from £2.99 to £1.94) that we had with a handful of chips and peas for a quick, hassle-free supper.

it was really very, very good. I would definitely pay full price for it any time.

Gruyere, Pancetta & Balsamic Onion Tart.

The onions were caramelised in balsamic, which was a gorgeous flavour. The buttery shortcrust pastry was exactly the way I like it. Top Marks.

Never knowingly underfed
