wave I got a couple of punnets of peaches from my local supermarket literally for free smile but they are not the tastiest or the juciest I've ever tasted so I was wondering if anyone had some interesting ideas of what I could do with them?

You could turn them into a peach chutney, there is sure to be a recipe around somewhere.

I second the peach chutney.  Just add a handful of dried apricots into the mix along with a few onions and your spices and it is bound to be good.

Not us if I'm too late, but I have a recipe for a rather tasty peach and amaretto jam
