I found these useful recipes the other day & thought I would pass them on.  Here's the link.

Thanks for that Hattie, have bookmarked for a later playtime.   Bit worrying that she buys in all her organic herbs rather than grows her own, but there may be reasons for that.

Just felt I needed to mention my 'find' of the month....Yorkshire Provender hot horseradish, it was on offer somewhere before Christmas, and I picked it up assuming it was a sauce, but its not, it's just about pure unadulterated grated horseradish and boy is it hot. Brill stuff for my preserve making, need to remember where I got it and get some more while its on offer.

I had that page bookmarked for later reading, thanks for reminding me.

A herb blend I use quite a lot is not on there, it's an Italian Herb mix

Equal quantities of Dried oregano, dried basil, Dried thyme and dried sage.

Initially I just used for pasta dishes but now add it to all kinds of things, such as polenta, bread crumbs (when making chicken goujons) and white sauces.

When the herbs are fresh a handful of each makes a nice herb risotto.
