| | Can you go to Photobucket itself and resize the link, or is that what you tried? |

| | I only know how to upload from PB, don't have the knowledge to resize. What I do know is that you set the size for your pictures before you put them on PB. | |

| | Hi 3Ravens…from the Bulgarian arm of the blog. Try VSO Image Resizer….it's free to download providing that you use it for personal use and easy to use…I put all my pictures through there before I load them on to my site…just a thought….EP BG…. | |

| | Can't you resize when you add the pictures. I always end up changing the size of my pics when I add the url. On the box there is a list of things, one being dimensions and I type something like 640 in the first box and the computer does the rest, well something does. I bet that is as clear as mud | |

I'm sorry they are so big, please delete my posts that contain the offending pictures. I have changed the sizes on photobucket to medium, and they look ok on my laptop but the wording is still wonky. I shall avoid posting pictures on here, I have no problem on other forums as they have a wider page, or automatically adjust the size to fit the page. |

| | Nell, no need to stop posting, perhaps just better if you add a link to your PB account? I know it is not as easy to post pictures here as it is on other forums, don't be disheartened. How is your garden coming along now? | |

| | Hello Nell Regardless of the size of the photos, your smallholding looks excellent- green with envy….not least at your stamina…..perhaps your pear tree is lonely and needs another pear tree to fertilise it? Pear trees like partners. | |

| | I think we have another pear tree, but they really seem to hate it where they are so might just have to relocate them or start again. We have just bought a chipper shredder to make life a bit easier and we have constructed a couple of wood stores. Life has been enriched by another doggy addition. A 13 yr old dobe, who was going to be pts if a home did not appear. Could not bear the thought of that so Jess has joined our two, and a foster dobe called Bella. Still picking raspberries up till yesterday, and have made crabapple jelly, and a recipe my mum sent me. Got damson gin on the go with some sloe gin too. Latest addition of 4 indian runner ducks and drake are settling in nicely to the old compost heap area. We had the odd egg or two initially but this has now stopped, so I am guessing that is it for the Winter! |

| | Good to hear from you again Nell, well done on the dog front – though how you cope with four is beyond me. Still plenty of things for you to do by the sound of it. I'd love to have a log pile, oh and something in which to burn logs! | |

Oh I don't know TA, pet log piles are quite obedient and don't need cleaning up after | |

| | I take your point Joanna! It's when we drive around France and see all those neat log piles that I get log pile envy, if you see what I mean… | |
