Hello from Sunny Malvern.

I am a keen gardener/cook, with a green house and 2 8ft x 4ft raised veg beds that I built this year.

Just finished making some chilli and coriander jam to use up the chilli glut from the green house. Still finding my feet as I am a bit of a stranger to online Forums! wave

wave Hi Ian.  This is the first Forum I have ever joined and I have made so many friends here - and met a few of them too.  I am sure you will soon feel right at home here.

Hi Ian,

as Danuta says, it's very friendly here and good fun too. And educational. I've lost track of how many things I've learned since I joined.

Visit my blog for food, drink, photography and hamsters.

The jam recipe would be handy for me too. I intend to make a plain chilli jam soon and all the recipes I have include chillies, red peppers and tomatoes. It will be interesting to compare recipes.

Visit my blog for food, drink, photography and hamsters.

Ian, welcome aboard!  You'll soon get the hang of the forum, I'm sure - just ask if you need help.

I'll try that again!
