Hello I am new to this but looking forward to taking part.  i live in the country and keep goats, some sheep and pigs.  All to give me and my family self sufficiency and good food.  We also sell some of the products.

I lived in Spain many years ago and have always raved about how wonderful membrillo is so I have just got some quinces as I wanted to make quince jelly as well as membrillo.  I have cooked the quince but it hasnt turned pink yet like the recipe says.  Any ideas?

wave Welcome Linda!  We'll definitely want to hear about your livestock.  No idea about quince but someone will, probably Shelley.

I'll try that again!
