Been lurking awhile but decided that males are poorly served in this coven, thought I'd be safe fromtoffeeappleas live below sea level but have seen evidence that she could wittle a snorkle. Also realised that as asporkoriginated in Holland it will work at low leveldoh (still perhaps she's busy embroidering welsh dragons on her knickers ). Need a recipe for sticky biscuit dough to fix to my fly swatter for DIY garibaldies. shoo_flyshoo_flyshoo_fly. Glad to be here if you'll have me . Roy.

First post, Roy, and already skating on the thin frozen stuff! I see that you have done a bit of reading up on recent posts.

I can tell you that a spork around the lughole does make the eyes water, so go gently with the Powers That Be ok

Welcome and thanks for joining in.

  1. head above parapet ,all clear, removes tin hat ,sits on it now. Once upon a time a czeck oligarch returned to his home village in the forest to meet his first grandchild.Peacefully sitting in the sun nursing the child he was attacked by 2 bears one of whom snatched the child and swallowed it whole !  The old man got up and rushed to find the forest ranger and together they set off in on the trail of the bears. After a short time they came across the bears asleep in a clearing,"That's the one, that's the one"said the old man pointing to the bigger boy bear. The ranger raised his gun, BANG ,the surviving bear woke up and fled into the forest. You've shot  the wrong one shouted the old an.The ranger strode across the  clearing pulled out his knife split open the bear put his hand inside  and retrieved the still sleeping child. "But how did you know that the baby was in the girl when I told you it was in the boy"? 'Well' said the ranger 'I'm a country man and learnt years ago never to believe anyone who tells you that the czeck is in the male!.'           whistlerunaway
