Welcome Ciderman.

I look forward to hearing about your cider making exploits.

I am a great fan of proper cider such as Tutts Clump etc.

We have a companion Facebook page if you are into such things...

I appear to be the resident food smoker. I cold smoke cheese, salmon, haddock, trout, chillies, garlic etc.

I also hot smoke (roast) garlic as well.
