I had to scrape ice off the car this morning but sadly I didn't have time to wander around looking for frosty things to photograph.

February gold sounds like an interesting challenge. Scope for a bit of lateral thinking...

(but then again, it also sounds like the name of a beer cheers)

I had a look at your photos, Danuta, you've had some impressive frost up there. Much better than the thin coating we've had here.

Oh you've all done so well with the frost theme pictures.  If only I had taken my camera out on December 7th when we had the hoar frost, I'd be able to put some smashing images up.  There is supposed to be frost tonight, not sure if it is to last until morning.

I'll try that again!

Just had a look at Frosty photos - great stuff.  I think I may have one January one still on camera, so I'll try to upload it soon, if I can remember how.  Glad you all like the February Gold theme - I'm sure we can find ways of pushing the boundaries with this, so it'll be interesting to see how we interpret the theme.  The more broad ranging the better.

Gone crazy. Back soon.

The January photos on Flickr look really good. Just uploaded mine, but it's a bit tame.   Here's a 'January Gold' one.  Not for Flickr page, but I couldn't resist snapping these.  They are so cheeful!

Gone crazy. Back soon.

Tomorrow is February so time to start looking for subjects for the February Gold subject for the Flickr page.

I'll try that again!
