Terry, has the development of my old Art College in Clarence Place been completed yet?

I'll try that again!

There always seems to be builders working in the Building, but I haven't seen any vast improvement in the last 18 months. I think that the exterior of that beautiful building needs to be brought back to something resembling the original, before they can entice any property developers to finish off the project which was started long ago.

Such a shame, it was bliss to study there in such a beautiful building.

Getting back to Mosaics, why not PM Martin, I don't think he's been around for a while. When you PM someone an email goes to their personal mail, so he should be aware of it.

I'll try that again!

Where is it going? When I get to the point of doing such things I would like to do some mosaics for the garden.

It will be an indoor mosaic as the base is wood.

We plan to make a new back garden path this year and I plan to make outdoor mosaics to go with that.

 I learnt from Concetta http://glitteringshards.com/2011/turning-garden-pa…..

that you can make the mosaic indoors on mesh and then set them on to paving slabs once you are ready to do so.

I was thinking of casting slabs using what is called the reverse mosaic method, but her way of thinking means that it is not necessary.

Had an e-mail out of the blue a few days ago from smeone who had seen my mosaic of Cave Canem on my blog and wanted to include the photo in an article he was writing in his blog, so with the caveat that he ackowledged my copyright I said yes, and I have seen it on his blog- it has been incorporated in to a fictional very short story entitled "Beware of the Dog". From what I can see he is a French Canadian, so his articles are both in French and English.
