Well whilst stuck at home off work I have been a little productive. I had to 'hobble' to the corner shop to purchase some essential supplies. I can do black coffee but not black tea.

I picked up some garlic so I have smoke roasted it.

If anyone would like a pack of three then let me know.

Not totally sure when I would get to a postoffice big_laugh

£6 posted first class.

Simon - did you see my reference to smoked potatoes? (I saw the recipe in the Sunday Times last Sunday)

They say to cook the potatoes until just firm.

Their recipe has 10 tbspns oak chips & 20 juniper berries to smoke 600g new potatoes, and they suggest serving them with 'a good sprinkling of sea salt'.

Simon can you send me your e-mail address please, by PM, so that I can send it to you.

(I can't find a link to this recipe, so I have typed it and scanned a picture for you too)

OK then folks.

I have 6 packs of three smoked garlic heads packed and ready to ship. Danny has 'bagged' 2 or 3 packs which means I have 3 or 4 others.

I anyone wants a pack it will cost £6 inclusive payable on receipt via PayPal (use the GIFT tag not pay for goods or services tag big_laugh ) to the email address below. If you want a pack then please reply and email me your postal address to.

Danny,

Three packs of three garlics heading your way, posted today.

They are in the one package and covered by the one postal cost. I reckon a fair cost would be the usual £6.00 for the first pack plus £4.50 each for the two extra packs (what I ask for if I hand deliver a pack). Thus £15 in total when it arrives in good order.

Well, that's now the meal plan for Fri. confused

Today I was shopping in Waitrose and spied one of their new superior curry-type suppers on the CFC reduced from £10 to £7 - give or take a few pennies.

My goodness me - it was real restaurant quality. Top notch nosh. welldone

You can mostly rely on Waitrose - and if they have any CFC's we snap them up!
