Anything at all, Shelley. I am just curious to see what your labels look like, is all.

Madame is making a peach and apricot jam right now alongside a bubbling batch of plum jam. The latest batch of greengage jam is potted and is mouthwatering.

Don't know about all you lot but we love our jam to be a little tart. Wakes you up spread on toast in the mornings. Yummy Scrummy. i_am_hungry

Labels will be coming soon; I love jam tart, but the french like it sweet and pretty bland, so I must cater for their market too

Thanks Danuta!!

You're right there, Shelley, we've bought some of their pastries in Auchan or LeClerc, and they do look good, but just sweet and bland. I can't understand the point of them!  whistle

Yes, I noticed that, too !

No-one else is joining in ¦¦¦.

Okay, then, I'm off for a cup of tea, perhaps someone else will write something then ........

Erm...I'm reading you both but since I don't have a sweet tooth, jams and jellies don't really figure in my diet.  My Elderberry jellies are still unopened from last year but the cough syrup has almost disappeared so I must find some berries soon.

I'll try that again!

waveI'm here too.  I don't eat lots of jams either TA, but I do love chutneys.  I'm going to make more jellies after the success of my apple chiili one.
