That's a better link, thank Jo.  I can't understand why your house hasn't sold, it's a reasonable price and is in excellent order.  Keeping fingers crossed.

I'll try that again!

Thanks TA. I think part of the problem is perhaps that the Sheffield Uni's have now got a lot more campus housing that has been recently built which of course frees up a lot of previous student accommodation doh

Joanna, You have got to be the most incredible & interesting people that I have ever had the pleasure to come across.  Truly, you are wonderful.  I have been reading through your 'blog' & I am amazed, I can't believe that it is now after 10.00am and the time has flown by, I never realised time, I've been so engrossed in your story.  I will return to your site to finish off reading, only got stopped by phone, or I would be still engrossed.  You should write a book all about your experiences and all that you do, I am amazed.  May I take this opportunity to say thank-you for sharing your experiences with us.

I wish you well in all your endeavours and achievements that you have accomplished so far.welldone

Odelle, you might also like to read Elsa's (ep's) diary of her life in Bulgaria.

I'll try that again!

wave  I love both Joanna's and Elsa's diaries.  Both give great insights into their way of life, successes and failures.  It is good to be even a little part of both of them. big_hug

Joanna, I am thoroughly enthralled, ever so interesting, great photographs, could happily spend hours reading about your life and shall look forward to much more in the future, thank-you for a wonderful insight in to your life in Latvia.  Here's me thinking it's been cold here!  There's no comparisonroll_eyesroll_eyes !

I do hope that your house sells soon for you, it's not a good time unfortunately is it?  It's a beautiful place, I had a viewing on-line....I wish that it was mine, I would be only too pleased to purchase it.  As you and TA said, 'student accommodation, blocks of flats are popping up every where, makes me wonder how on earth they get the planning permission, soon there's going to be hardly any 'green belt land' available at the way they are cramming them all in every available space, or so it appears to be.

You take care Joanna, thanks again and continue with your 'musings' although I wouldn't call them that, I cant' stop reading them once I start....Late evening meal again tonight! Do I care not at all.

Good Luck on the house selling.

Terry - that is an excellent forum. I have added a link under the Resources section on the left-hand sidebar of Fiona's blog. ok

Joanna - I posted a link to your estate agent's listing for your house on a popular football forum that I contribute to. No great expectations but you never know! wave

Thank-you Danny

My forum is non-commercial and I don't perport to be an expert but will always give advice to anybody that I can within the limitations of my knowledge.

I often check this forum to see if I can offer any advice on building issues, to put a bit back into this forum...but most of the topics seemed to be covered.

As I've said previousely....I feel a twinge of guilt taking so much out of the posts on this forum, without being able to put much back in.

......needless to say........I love the site........and it's forum

Regards........Terry
