I thought this Parmesan Cheese Spread was a very useful to have in the fridge, it lasts for a few weeks & I can see a lot of uses for it. Luckily I recently bought a kilo of Parmesan at half price. I have frozen most of it in small packages but I will use some of the rest to make this.

Looks interesting and I think I might try it with some cheese I bought locally. Nice cheese but it has a rather thick hard rind i_am_hungry

Good for the bits left over.

I wonder if it would freeze.

wave Only one way to find out Simon; suck it & see......big_laugh. I don't see why not but then I don't see why I would want to.....esp. when I had some in the fridge. It is so quick & simple to make, rather quicker than defrosting it.......but everyone of us uses our ingredients is such different ways.
